Terms & Conditions

Raindrops Books is engaged in delivering Services to (‘You’) through an application or a web portal referred to as https://Raindrops Booksbooks.com/. The Services shall enable You to transfer money in real-time through the https://Raindrops Booksbooks.com application or a portal. The money shall be transferred on a real-time basis for a consideration paid by You to Raindrops Books under the terms and conditions set out herein.

A. Qualification to use the Services provided through the Site.

i) You should fulfil the following conditions to qualify as the user of the Site:

(a) Your age is 18 (eighteen) years or more;

(b) You are of sound mind;

(d) You are an Indian citizen, Indian resident, and tax resident of India (under the Applicable Laws ) and agrees to submit any new details to Raindrops Books within 30 (thirty) days of any change in the said information; and

(e) You undertake that the personal information such as name, e-mail address, address, mobile phone numbers, details regarding Your contact details, information regarding your bank account is correct and trustworthy.

(ii) You are welcome to use the Site if you fulfil the qualifications stated herein above at A(i).

(iii) Raindrops Books is not liable for any loss or damage or any other consequences if Your account is used by someone for accepting Services and does not fulfil the qualifications stated above.

(iv) If You are less than the age of 18 (eighteen) years, and You desire to avail the Services, Your legal guardian and parents should register at the Site to avail the Services.

(v) Raindrops Books reserves its right to terminate Your membership, refuse to provide You with access to the Site and/or refuse to provide the Services to You, if it is brought to the notice of Raindrops Books or if it is discovered that You do not fulfil any one or more of the qualification set out above in A(i) or are not registered with the Site in accordance with the T&C set out in this document.

(vi) Raindrops Books reserves the right to determine your qualification in its sole discretion.

B. Your registration for use of Site

(i) Before You could begin to take benefit of the Services, You should register on the Site by providing all the required information such as:

(a) Valid Mobile Phone Number,

(b) Your Full Name and Address,

(d) Valid Aadhaar card details and/or a PAN Number, Voter Card, Driver License

(e) Valid Company details such as CIN Number and/or a PAN Number, GST Registration Number, Local Shop License

(f) Valid and recent Utility Bill or other such Address proof (together referred to as “Registration Data”).

(ii) Raindrops Books is free to verify the details provided by You in respect of the Registration Data and You hereby provide unconditional and unambiguous consent to Raindrops Books to do such verification.

(iii) You also hereby provide unconditional and unambiguous consent to Raindrops Books to store your Registration Data for a period of 10 (ten) years from the date of termination of Your account.

(iv) You undertake and represent that the Registration Data provided by You is true as on the date of registration at the Site. Please take note that by providing false or incorrect data You may subject yourself to legal consequences.

(v) By accepting these T&C, You provide to us your express consent to receive SMS messages or phone calls or e-mail communications from Raindrops Books to Your registered phone number and/or e-mail id. You hereby relinquish your right to flag such communication from Raindrops Books as spam, unsolicited communication or a violation of Your registration on the national do not call registry.

(vi) You shall be prompted by the Site to create an ID and a password. You shall keep the ID and the password confidential and in case of any suspected transaction will inform the Site ASAP. You are solely responsible for all activities and transactions that occur through the account created by you using the Registration Data (“Your Account”), whether initiated by You or by any third party through the Site. You shall not share the password and other details with any third party. Your account shall be used by only and only You and You shall not create any right, title or interest of any third party on Your Account. Raindrops Books shall not take any responsibility in case Your ID or password is used to access Your Account through Your device or otherwise with or without Your knowledge. You have no right to claim any damages, or other liabilities against if such claim or damage is suffered due to unauthorised access to Your Account.

(vii) In the event of any change in the said Registration Data, You agree to promptly update Your Account information to ensure that the communications Raindrops Books intends to send to You are promptly delivered to You and are not sent to any other entity/third party.

(viii) Raindrops Books shall terminate our Services to You or suspend Your Account without any prior notice if Raindrops Books has reason to believe that: (a) You have provided false or fabricated information to get a registration on the Site for receiving Services of Raindrops Books; (b) Your Account on the Site is compromised due to an error on Your part; (c) If you choose to amend or modify the Registration Data and such amendment or modification is adversely impacting Your Account; or (d) If a case of fraud or any other criminal offence is registered by either RBI, IRDAI or SEBI against You after receiving a complaint from any bank, other account holders of such banks or concerned authorities;

(ix) You shall be allowed to avail the Services only through one (1) account opened with the Registration Data by You.

(x) You are under and obligation to inform Raindrops Books in case of any unauthorised access to Your Account immediately at support [at] settlefirst.net or call at +91 8169492495. In such case, you may request Raindrops Books to block Your Account.

(xi) If for some reason You are unable to access Your Account, please inform us at support [at] settlefirst.net or call at 918169492495.

(xii) Raindrops Books is not liable for any unauthorised transaction from Your Account in case You delay to take action on time and make an appropriate request to block an account.

C. Details of Services offered by Raindrops Books (hereinafter referred to as ‘Services’)

(i) Upon providing Registration Data and successfully registering on the Site, You would be able to avail the following Services:

(a) Link all your bank accounts with the Site;

(b) Link all your wallets with the Site;

(d) Link the wallets of the receiver of payments with the Site;

(e) Transfer money from any of your bank account or wallet to any bank account or the wallet of the receiver of the payments;

(f) Access details of the transactions undertaken through the Site;

(ii) Your transaction data shall be retained by Raindrops Books and shall be utilized for analysis; The data retained, however, shall not be shared with any third party or shall be utilized for any other purpose by Raindrops Books without taking an express consent from You in this regard.

(iii) The Services shall be rendered with the support of banks, pre-paid instruments, payment gateways. Accordingly, in such case, You shall be bound by the terms and conditions relevant to your bank or pre-paid instrument or the payment gateway who offers a wallet for Your benefit. Raindrops Books shall not be responsible in case you default in making a payment towards any outstanding dues or have any disputes regarding a transaction with these third parties. You shall indemnify Raindrops Books of any loss or claim that Raindrops Books suffers because of any dispute between You and Your bank or pre-paid instrument provider of the payments gateway including attorney fee.

(iv) You may avail the Services through the Site, provided that You have registered in accordance with the T&C and created Your Account on the Site.

(v) The currency shall be Indian Rupees (INR).

(vi) The Services mentioned in this clause shall be rendered for a consideration. A charge shall be levied on each transaction by Raindrops Books and that shall be charged on the total amount transferred through the Site. The rates shall be governed by the application plans.

(vii) You transact by using only those modes of payment as enabled by Raindrops Books in accordance with the Applicable Laws. These payment modes may be revised by Raindrops Books from time to time at the sole discretion of Raindrops Books.

(viii) You hereby represents and warrants to Raindrops Books that You are legally and fully entitled to use the debit card, credit card, bank account, wallets or any other mode that You would link to the Site. Similarly, the debit card, credit card, bank accounts or wallets of third party that are linked by You on the Site would be Your responsibility. Raindrops Books shall not be held responsible in case You don’t have sufficient funds or authorised access to make payments through such modes.

(ix) Raindrops Books may impose restriction on the amount that You would be able to transfer through the Site in accordance with guidelines issued by RBI and National Payment Corporation of India (‘NPCI’). Raindrops Books may also restrict the amount of transaction that You could undertake from the Site to prevent fraud and for security of the Site.

(x) You authorise Raindrops Books to hold, receive and disburse funds in accordance with any payment instructions Raindrops Books received from You.

(xi) Your transactions are subjected to: (a) the amount available in Your wallet or bank account linked to the Site; (b) the guidelines issued by the RBI or NPCI from time to time; and (c) T&C as set out herein.

(xii) Raindrops Books notifies You that there are certain transactions as set out in Schedule A that You would not be able to process through the Site. Further, as these transactions are not permissible under law, You shall ensure that You do not process such transactions through the Site and if that would be the case, such transactions along with Your personal details shall be reported to the relevant regulators and authorities without any knowledge to You.

(xiii) Raindrops Books shall not transfer money or is not bound to transfer money and may refuse to transfer money for security reasons or put the transaction on hold for the same reason.

(xvi) You shall provide all the relevant documents such as Aadhar card, Permanent Account Number, Passport or any other identity proof or address proof to complete the know your client and anti-money laundering process for effective onboarding and for granting access to the Site.

(xv) Raindrops Books shall rely upon the details provided by You for completing the transaction and that Raindrops Books shall not bear any responsibility or liability if funds are not transferred to the desired transferee or transferred incorrectly or fraudulently who are not eligible to receive such funds.

(xvi) If You have transferred funds incorrectly to a bank account or wallet, such sum shall not be refunded or reversed to You or the intended transferee.

(xvii) If you do not use the services for a consecutive period of 1 (one) year, Raindrops Books shall mark Your account as inactive and You may revive the account upon completing the required due diligence.

(xviii) Subject to aforementioned limitation, Your Account shall remain valid and operational from the date of activation for an indefinite period.

(xix) Raindrops Books may display advertisements and other information as part of Services or otherwise, which You may use.

(xx) Raindrops Books may choose to provide Services with third parties, and such terms and conditions enumerated by them would also be binding on You. In case these third parties change, suspend or stop providing services, Raindrops Books would also have to change, suspend or stop providing such services.

(xxi) Raindrops Books shall take every reasonable effort not to share any of the payment details, Registration Data or other personal information (collectively, “Personal Information”) You provide us, except as required under RBI Regulations, or to the extent necessary for Raindrops Books to implement any payment instructions.

D. Payments by You for sale or purchase of goods and services to the third parties;

(i) The payments shall be transferred from Your Account on Your instructions in accordance with the details made available by You on the Site. You would have to affect the payment for each transaction separately.

(ii) A dispute between You and Your merchant to whom payments are made for receiving goods or for a rendition of services for You shall be dealt with by You. Raindrops Books shall not be required to mediate or interfere with in respect of a dispute between You and Your merchant.

E. Process of refund of money transferred to third parties

(i) Raindrops Books shall not be able to reverse a transaction between You and the third party details of whom are provided on the Site by You. To reverse the transactions, You would have to approach Your bank and make the request. The transfer of Raindrops Books shall take place on real-time basis.

F. A chargeback of the fee paid or collected by Your bank or credit card company

(i) Raindrops Books is not related to any request that You wish to make to your bank or credit card or debit card company for chargeback of the fee collected by them. You may initiate a chargeback request directly with Your bank or the credit card or the debit card company as the case may be. Please note Your chargeback request will be processed by Your debit/ credit card provider or Your bank and not by Raindrops Books. Therefore, Raindrops Books bears no liability for processing of the chargeback requests.

G. Liability for unauthorized transactions

(i) In the event You incur a loss due to unauthorized transactions, on a case to case basis, we will decide the course of action in accordance with the T&C. Unauthorised transactions are those that are not carried out by You or under your instructions.

H. Non-working days

(i) Raindrops Books relies upon the third parties such as banks, pre-paid instrument provider, and payment gateways. Raindrops Books shall not be responsible in case Services are not rendered on a particular day due to holidays declared by RBI or Saturday or Sunday or bandhs or during festival seasons or any national holiday.

I. Content posted on the Site

(i) All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork and computer code (collectively, “Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to Raindrops Books, and is protected by copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property laws.

(ii) Except as expressly provided in these T&C, no part of the Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including “mirroring”) to any other computer, server, website or another medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Raindrops Books prior written consent.

(iii) You may use the information on Services purposely made available by Raindrops Books for downloading from the Site, provided that You:

(a) do not remove any proprietary notice language in all copies of such documents; or

(b) use such information only for Your personal, non-commercial informational purpose, and do not copy or post such information on any computer network or broadcast it in any media; or

(d) do not make any representations or warranties on the behalf of Raindrops Books relating to such information.

J. Protection of Intellectual Property owned by Raindrops Books

(i) All trademarks, brands and service marks used in connection with the Site or the Services offered by Raindrops Books are owned by Raindrops Books and are property of Raindrops Books. Raindrops Books own all copyrights and intellectual property rights and database rights in connection with the Services and the Site. Third-party trademarks may appear on this Site and all rights therein are reserved to the registered owners of those trademarks. For use of any third party’s intellectual property, You need to get permission directly from the owner of the intellectual property.

(ii) You agree to abide by Applicable Laws regarding copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret ownership and use of intellectual property, and You shall be solely responsible for any violations of any Applicable Laws and any infringements of any intellectual property rights caused by use of the Site.

K. Disclaimers

(i)Raindrops Books shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that requests for electronic debits and credits involving bank accounts, credit cards, etc. are processed promptly. However, Raindrops Books makes no representations or warranties regarding the amount of time needed to complete such processing because Services of Raindrops Books is largely dependent on many factors outside its control.

(ii) Except for a limited role of Raindrops Books in processing payments that You authorize or initiate, Raindrops Books is not involved in any underlying transaction between You, any other customer, merchant, bank or other third party. Raindrops Books is not a selling agent in relation to any sale of goods or services to You by any merchant or any other third party.

(iii) Raindrops Books will always endeavour to provide the Services to You to the best of its ability. You are however aware that the Services will involve transmissions over various networks and that it will change to conform and adapt to the technical and other requirements of connecting networks, devices and entities. Raindrops Books cannot take on any liability or responsibility for any loss, damage etc. arising as a result thereof.

(iv) Without limitation and without prejudice to the foregoing paragraphs, Raindrops Books shall not be liable for:

(a) any defect or deficiency in any goods and services purchased by You or availed as a benefit, privilege or facility attached to the Services;

((b) refusal by or inability of a merchant to honour or accept the transfer;

(d) the quality, safety, reliability, legality, delivery or any other aspect of any goods or services that You may purchase using the Services.

(v) Your use of the Services is at Your sole risk. The Services is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Raindrops Books disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation, any representation or warranty for accuracy, availability, continuity, uninterrupted access, timeliness, sequence, quality, performance, security, merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose, non-infringement or completeness.

(vi) Without prejudice to the foregoing paragraph, Raindrops Books does not warrant that:

(vii) You agree to abide by Applicable Laws regarding copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret ownership and use of intellectual property, and You shall be solely responsible for any violations of any Applicable Laws and any infringements of any intellectual property rights caused by use of the Site.

(viii) Raindrops Books is the sole and absolute owner of all the intellectual property rights in the trademark, and any design in respect thereof. Further, Raindrops Books will be entitled to take any legal action against any person invading and/or encroaching upon the said rights of Raindrops Books. The intellectual property rights in the trademark ‘Raindrops Books’ and logo.

L. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability of the Parties

(i) You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Raindrops Books(and its respective employees, directors, agents and representatives) from and against any claims, costs, losses, damages, judgments, penalties, interest and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of any Claim (as defined hereinbelow) that arises out of or relates to the use or misuse of the Services or any violation of these T&C. For purposes hereof, “Claim” shall mean any claim, action, audit, investigation, inquiry or other proceeding instituted by any person and/or entity and/or government authority.

(ii) You are aware of all security risks, including possible third-party interception of any of Your transactions and statements of account on the internet, and the contents of Your transactions or statements of accounts becoming known to third parties. You agree and undertake that You shall not hold Raindrops Books liable therefore in any way for claims arising out of or connected to any security risks. The use and storage of any information, including without limitation, the card number, pin, password, account information, transaction activity and any other information available on Your internet access device or computer or mobile phone is at Your own risk and responsibility. Raindrops Books shall not be responsible for Claims as regards the information stored by You either on Your mobile device or on any computer device.

(iii) Where Raindrops Books acts in good faith in response to any oral or electronic instruction or inquiry from You, in respect of any matter in relation to Your Account, You will not be entitled to make any Claim or allege any loss, damage, liability, expense etc., attributable, directly or indirectly, to any such action taken on a good faith basis by Raindrops Books, and You agree to hold Raindrops Books harmless in respect thereof.

(iv) IN NO EVENT SHALL SETTLEFIRST BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THESE USER TERMS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU, FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO OR ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE/SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, EXCEED INR 5,000/- (INDIAN RUPEES FIVE THOUSAND ONLY).

M. Force Majeure Events

(i) We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any obligations under these T&C if the performance is prevented, hindered or delayed by a Force Majeure Event (as defined hereinbelow) and in such case obligations of the Raindrops Books shall stand suspended for so long as the Force Majeure Event continues. For this clause “Force Majeure Event” shall mean any event arising due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of Raindrops Books, including, without limitation, unavailability of any communication system, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, pandemic, lockdown, government legislation, war or acts of government.

(ii) This arrangement between You and Raindrops Books shall stand automatically terminated if the Force Majeure Event continues for a period of thirty (30) days’ unless otherwise notified to You. You shall, however, be required to promptly make payment of all outstanding charges to the Raindrops Books.

N. Termination and Deactivation of Your Services

(i) Raindrops Books reserve the right to terminate and/or suspend Services to You at any time without prior notice, due to any changes in the internal policy of Raindrops Books or due to any requirements under the RBI Regulations or the Applicable Laws, or for any breach of these T&C by You, or for any other reason whatsoever.

(ii) You can terminate Your arrangement with Raindrops Books under these T&C by closing any account created by You and which is associated with Your Account, and by thereafter ceasing to access/ use the Site. You may close Your Account by submitting a request to Raindrops Books at [e-mail]. We will make every effort to respond to Your request for termination at the earliest. You will, however, remain responsible for all transactions that occur before the termination of Your Account coming into effect, which termination shall be notified to You by Raindrops Books

(iii) If You violate any of these T&C, Raindrops Books reserves the right to deactivate Your Account, without any notice or refund, and that You shall be solely liable in this regard.

(iv) The remedies provided under these User Terms are in addition to any other remedy as may be available to Raindrops Books, in law or equity.

O. Notices and communication between the Raindrops Books and You

(i) Any notice or notification in relation to these User Terms which You wish to make to Raindrops Books must be made in writing to:

(ii) All Your communications with Raindrops Books will be of a professional nature only. You will not contact Raindrops Books to harass, intimidate or threaten any person, or to promote any cause, which You may support.

(iii) You will be subject to these T&C provided hereunder.

(iv) Any notice given by SETTLEFIRST hereunder will be deemed to have been received by You within 24 hours of sending the same via e-mail or SMS at the e-mail address specified by You or Your registered mobile phone number. Raindrops Books shall not be held accountable for delays in receipt of the notice.

(v) In the event of any change in Your e-mail and/or registered address and/or telephone numbers or other information provided by You, You shall inform Raindrops Books promptly in writing, by e-mail, which change shall be recorded by Raindrops Books after due verification.

P. Governing law and dispute resolution

(i) Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these T&C or the validity, interpretation, breach or termination thereof (“Dispute”), including claims seeking any redressal or asserting any rights under the Applicable Laws shall be amicably settled through mutual consultation. If the Dispute is not settled amicably as aforesaid between Raindrops Books representatives and You, within a period of 30 (thirty) calendar days’, the matter would be referred to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration shall be presided over by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by Raindrops Books and You. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. The venue and seat for the arbitration proceedings shall be New Delhi.

(ii) These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and, Raindrops Books and You agree and undertake that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these T&C will be adjudicated exclusively before a competent court in New Delhi, India only.

(iii) Any costs incurred by Raindrops Books towards enforcement of its rights and recovery shall be debited from Your Account/ recovered from You.

Q. Waiver

Raindrops Books failure, delay or omission to exercise or enforce any rights or provisions under these T&C will not constitute a waiver of such rights or provisions. A waiver on any one occasion will not be construed as a bar or waiver of any rights or remedies on future occasions. Any claim in relation to the Services or these T&C should be filed within 3 (three) months’ from when the cause of action arose. Any claims filed beyond this time period shall be subject to limitation as prescribed under the Applicable Laws.

R. Severability

If any provision of these T&C should be held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not in any way be affected or impaired thereby, and such provision will be deemed restated to reflect the original intention of the parties as nearly as possible in accordance with the Applicable Laws.

S. Revision of these User Terms

Raindrops Books reserve the right to change any of these T&C or any policies or guidelines governing the Site or the Services, at any time and sole discretion of Raindrops Books. Any changes will be effective upon posting of the revisions on the Site. You are required to check for updates, revisions and changes to these T&C on the Site. The date of the last update to these T&C will be reflected in these T&C at the legend ‘Last Updated On’. By continuing usage of the Services after such posting/ publication, You are deemed to have agreed to the amendment/change/revision. If You do not agree with any amendment of these T&C, You may cancel the Services by terminating Your Account with Raindrops Books and informing Raindrops Books in writing about the same by sending an e-mail to [record mail]. You must thereafter immediately discontinue accessing Site and using Services. Raindrops Books may also send You an automated e-mail to Your registered e-mail ID or a message to Your registered mobile number informing You about the changes made. As long as You comply with these User Terms, Raindrops Books may grant You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to access and use the Site.

T. Miscellaneous

(i) You agree to comply with all Applicable Laws and RBI Regulations from time to time which govern or may be affected by Your use of the Services.

(ii) Raindrops Books may enter into any tie-up in terms of joint-venture, co-branding or otherwise with any other institution engaged in the business of providing services analogous and/or similar to those herein contained. In such case, depending upon the modality and the mechanism as may be devised, You will be provided with the Services by the service provider jointly and/or severally with the party/ies in the joint venture. You hereby give his/her irrevocable consent and permission to such a tie-up/ arrangement. In the event of such a tie-up, the T&C herein contained will, mutatis mutandis, become applicable in respect of such tie-up arrangement also, unless otherwise modified as per the terms hereof.

(iii) You hereby agree that the application and copies of all documents submitted for the ongoing operation of the account by You to Raindrops Books and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Raindrops Books, and Raindrops Books shall not be obliged to return the same to You upon Your request or termination of Your account.

(iv) As Your Account is connected to Your mobile number, it is Your responsibility to inform Raindrops Books in case Your mobile number that corresponds to Your Account is no longer being used by You. Your Account corresponding to the mobile number You register with can be accessed by You only till the time You have access to the corresponding mobile number. It is Your responsibility to transfer Your Account to a new mobile number if and when You change Your number. Not doing so may give the new user of the same mobile number (if any), access to Your Account, and Raindrops Books will not be liable or responsible for the same. You are also liable for ensuring the security of Your pin/ password. In case of loss of Your mobile phone and/or password/pin, You should immediately intimate Raindrops Books in writing. Raindrops Books shall make every attempt to block access to Your Account under such circumstances; however, Raindrops Books shall not be liable for any losses a user may incur due to the above.

Schedule A (Prohibited Transaction)

The transactions in relation to or arising out of either of the following are prohibited on the Site:

(i) Adult goods and services which includes pornography and other sexually suggestive materials (including literature, imagery and other media); escort or prostitution services;

(ii) Alcohol which includes alcohol or alcoholic beverages such as beer, liquor, wine, or champagne;

(iii) Body parts which includes organs or other body parts;

(xxii) Pyrotechnic devices and hazardous materials which include fireworks and related goods; toxic, flammable, and radioactive materials and substances;

(xxiii) Regulated goods which include airbags; batteries containing mercury; freon or similar substances/refrigerants; chemical/industrial solvents; government uniforms; car titles; license plates; police badges and law enforcement equipment; lock-picking devices; pesticides; postage meters; recalled items; slot machines; surveillance equipment; goods regulated by government or other agency specifications;

(xxxiii) Drop-shipped merchandise;

(xxxiv) Collecting and effecting/remitting payments directly /indirectly outside India in any form towards overseas foreign exchange trading through electronic/internet trading portals

(xxxv) Any product or service, which is not in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations whether federal, state, local or international including all laws of India
